When an open box inspection has been conducted and the product has been delivered successfully, Amazon does not accept returns for damages. According to the company’s terms and conditions, customers must refuse delivery and not disclose the 6-digit confirmation number if the product is broken or missing parts/accessories after inspection. The delivery colleague will return the merchandise. The money will be returned to you.
