Customers will get a refund on the initial price of the smartphone only once the SmartPack subscription time period is expired and the user will return the product in “any working condition” to Flipkart. Nonetheless, the company has made clear that the refund is purely subject to the smartphone’s condition as long as the phone is in working condition and the IMEI number can be verified, the product is eligible for a refund. These smartpacks also will give users access to varied services like SonyLIV Premium, Zee5 Premium, Voot Select, Zomato Pro, Gaana+, Practo Plus, and Tinder+, Cult.fit Live, and Practo Plus, and many more.
As part of the offer, while placing the order, the customer has to pay the full smartphone price with the desired Smartpack fee to be eligible for any refund. Only the Gold Plan will offer a one hundred percent money-back whereas the Silver Plan offers 80 percent moneyback, and similarly the Bronze Pack will offer users a 60 percent moneyback on their smartphone’s purchase.
