Things to Know about Apple Cider Vinegar

  1. Taking 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar daily is sufficient as excessive of it can cause damage to the teeth, injury or irritation to the throat, heartburn, nausea, and upset stomach.
  1. Do not use apple cider vinegar on the skin directly, apply it using a cotton ball.
  1. Mix 1 tablespoon of vinegar in 8 ounces of water and do not have it more than twice a day. If you feel it is too strong for your taste, dilute it further.
